Multiple times Matt told me he would call me with updates, and multiple times I heard absolutely nothing. Crash Champions? More like a crash waiting to happen. I trusted Crash Champions with my 2024 Honda HR-V in December 2025, and that was a mistake. Within weeks, I noticed a rattling coming from the front of my vehicle. I took it to my local Honda dealership, and what they found was alarming: missing parts under the hood, visible misalignment between the hood, bumper, and fenders, and, most dangerously, missing and loose bolts in the core support. Everyone was very nice treated you like family and did a excellent job on my car
My vehicle was towed here through insurance. The staff gives you no expectation of how their process works, what to expect, or when you'll hear from them. They failed to let me know they were backed up even when my timeframe was clearly expressed. Their staff was rude, when communicating this issues with the manager he was rude as well. I would not send your car here, I would not trust your vehicles repairs or the staff.
