Love eating here! But, the time comes when something needs attention. Twice in a row our food has been over cooked. First time ,both our chicken fried steaks were deep fried WAY to long that parts even tasted burnt. Second time, the omelet and hash browns WAY over cooked. Omelets should not be entirely brown and be like rubber. The cook should know when something is overdone, its obvious. Don't serve it and just make another. Don't bother if you have a Tesla. Can't work on it, can't warranty it. Even if I brought in a new bumper off the car to have it painted, Nope, said cant warranty it. Same plastic bumpers on any newer car, same paint, same paint process. Oh ya, remember the red ranger you fixed a few years ago and charged my insurance for a fender flare that were discontinued? Said you can get it... We are still waiting for it.. You did good work on the ranger so 3 stars for that.
Cannot say enough good stuff about this place. Communication was excellent. Shop lobby was gorgeous. Staff super friendly and helpful. Work got done well ahead of expected time. Hopefully I never need body work again but if I do I am going right back.
