They scheduled my appointment quickly, helped arrange a rental car, and kept me updated every step of the way via text. My car was actually done earlier than promised—and they even went the extra mile by washing it and removing a milkshake stain my 6-year-old left in the back seat! Called and asked about when they could look at my car... wasn told it'd be almost 2 weeks to just look at it. After making inquires I accidentally called again and was met with VERY RUDE front desk employees 😑 now if id have known I wouldn't have called back... doesn't excuse the rudeness of their employees. I hope those 2 ladies have the day they deserve!
