Complicated review. Have used CC in Oak Park and they were what you would expect, professional, prompt, and very user friendly. Insurance company directed me here because they were tap rated shop ... all I can say is read the reviews, all of the reviews. Dropped the car on a Monday for a fairly simple front end/bumper replacement 9and obviously whatever "hidden" damage. Heard NOTHING from them the rest of the week. If there was an option for no stars I will put no stars this company lie thru their teeth they are no on time give you nothing but excuses if you have an opition not to choose these people to work on your vehicle do so stay away from this company they do not do a good job!!
