this is the insurance shop geico sent me to. my car needed minor body work and an alignment. The body work got done pretty quick. The alignment was not straight the first time I got it back. I dropped it off again and the alignment is even worse than when it got hit. At this point my cars been in and out for a couple weeks and I don’t have the rental anymore. I asked if I can have my own shop align it correctly and be reimbursed but no response. Other than that the staff is pretty friendly to work with.

They didn't provide a proposal or cost estimate and suggested insurance instead, which left me feeling like my out-of-pocket option wasn't welcome. If you need clear answers and a straight estimate, you may want to consider a shop that handles direct pay repairs or is upfront about pricing.
