Had my vehicle repaired by Crash Champions and I was thoroughly pleased with the repair. The branch manager, Karen was very helpful and made sure everything was handled properly. I don't want to experience another damage to my vehicle but it should happen I'm directly back to Crash Champions.
The customer service was horrible. I came in for an estimate, and the estimator came out and documented the damages as expected. I later called back because I needed the estimate rewritten to include all of the damages, but I never heard back. There was no follow-up and absolutely no communication. This was an extremely frustrating experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place. Worst customer service ever—do not go here.
I went around getting bids for misc. minor body damage on my Subaru Legacy. I had a couple of interactions with this team and am very pleased with the entire process, from the bid to the pickup they were professional, and took time to explain what was needed. They completed the work on my timeline, and at a fair price (not insurance paid) I recommend them highly.
Best experience i’ve ever had with repairs. So communicative, honest and timely. Got my truck back a day early washed and ready to go. Even drove me to where I needed to go when I dropped it off. Couldn’t recommend a place more. Thank you so much Crash Champions!
