Edit- I have FINALLY diagnosed my car and it has bad engine/trans mounts, also confirmed from a trustworthy mechanic and that most definitely makes sense where it was hit in the accident. As it’s super-AWD and crash champions told me nothing up front will be affected in a harsh impact to the back. That’s also false. It has been vibrating ever since the accident, never did before, and I have paper trail even of going back RIGHT away (and many times after that too) saying I had vibrations. My vehicle was towed here through insurance. The staff gives you no expectation of how their process works, what to expect, or when you'll hear from them. They failed to let me know they were backed up even when my timeframe was clearly expressed. Their staff was rude, when communicating this issues with the manager he was rude as well. I would not send your car here, I would not trust your vehicles repairs or the staff.
Words cannot express the gratitude I have for the great service and communication they did my wife and I were impressed with everything even during the holidays and still got it done on time great work and friendly people
My repair service was excellent. Estimator Jim Schnitz was fully transparent in assessing the damage to my Hyundai Kona and the required repairs. I am pleased with the work done and the turnaround time.
