Crash Champions Avon has an awesome team they kept me informed of the repairs even when the person assigned to me had a medical issue the other representative filled in seemlessly. Even the receptionist was polite and helpful. They did a great job in completing everything that needed repair on my vehicle even tinting the broken window, which is normally not one of their service. GREAT JOB CRASH CHAMPIONS!!

This “auto repair” shop is a joke. The manager is rude and doesn’t seem too educated on cars. As I was told my AWD car wouldn’t need the suspension OR frame even looked at it after a 60+mph hit on the highway on the tire and bumper! He also seemed sexist as he just dismissed all that I said, and for a dent still left in my bumper he told me “I wouldn’t make a big deal”!! Just had another great experience with Crash Champions in Avon, OH! I stopped by to get a couple scuffs looked at on my 2024 Chevy Equinox EV. Jim and Tija came right out with a buffer and fixed it for me—free of charge. Seriously, who does that anymore?! I’ve had bigger bodywork done here before, and they’ve always been fair, professional, and did amazing work.
