This is simply a crappy company. Especially Tonya Easly there at the front desk. Her communication is the worst and refused to answer back my emails. Her bids to do other work on my truck the insurance company was not paying for was ridiculous. She demanded i give her a 10 on their company survey but when I told they were not a 10 for the reasons I gave she said it is what it is and never sent the survey. Love this shop. You never want to visit a body shop twice. I will to this spot. There ADAS guy Sonny is the best too.
The expected time frame to get my car fixed was around two weeks, and to my surprise I was able to pick it up way sooner (half the time) than anticipated which was a big plus. I really appreciate the great customer service that was provided from the team as well, and want to give a huge thank you to both Danna and Angel for getting back to us along the way and addressing our concerns including financials prior to delivery.
