Not informed about how long for the repairs because they didn’t know what was wrong. No wheel alignment machine or mechanic at n.9th street shop. Just a terrible experience and not knowing when my car would be finished was frustrating. Don’t bring your car there , but if you have to use these company go to the one in Tannersville, pa . They have the machines and mechanic there and a really nice manager Josh.
