Crash Champions, was one of 4 choices my Insurance company offered for an estimate/repair. Amazing customer service from estimate to repairs and finish, every person I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. What a great staff, repair looks good as new! I could not be happier.
They messed up my car and said it’s not their fault. They will see me in small claims court. Grrrrrrr
I’m not typically one to leave bad reviews, but unfortunately this experience has not been that great. Started off great with good communication, went to pick up car it was getting dark and had my 5 month old with me so didn’t inspect well. Next day in the daylight my husband and I noticed a ton of stuff not done well at all. My wife’s Toyota Rav 4 had gotten rear ended, and we were referred to crash champions by insurance. Started out great. Quick and good communication. Get a call stating the car is done and ready to pick up. Get the car back and notice a big ripple in the back hatch, the back hatch binds up and the plastic trim falling off. How could you be proud of that craftsman ship coming out of your shop. Called and let them know what is going on and said they would make it right! Awesome.
