One of a few shops my insurance sent me to. Car was side swiped while in a parking lot, damaged right rear panel. Took it in for repairs, it seemed like a good experience other then they kept the car a couple longer claiming rear senor data complications but claimed it was fixed. A month later (Last week) I receive an alert stating rear parking senor is dirty, needs cleaning etc etc. I get out to look and one of the sensors fell back into the rear bumper. Crash Champions, was one of 4 choices my Insurance company offered for an estimate/repair. Amazing customer service from estimate to repairs and finish, every person I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. What a great staff, repair looks good as new! I could not be happier.
They messed up my car and said it’s not their fault. They will see me in small claims court. Grrrrrrr
