One of a few shops my insurance sent me to. Car was side swiped while in a parking lot, damaged right rear panel. Took it in for repairs, it seemed like a good experience other then they kept the car a couple longer claiming rear senor data complications but claimed it was fixed. A month later (Last week) I receive an alert stating rear parking senor is dirty, needs cleaning etc etc. I get out to look and one of the sensors fell back into the rear bumper. They messed up my car and said it’s not their fault. They will see me in small claims court. Grrrrrrr
I’m not typically one to leave bad reviews, but unfortunately this experience has not been that great. Started off great with good communication, went to pick up car it was getting dark and had my 5 month old with me so didn’t inspect well. Next day in the daylight my husband and I noticed a ton of stuff not done well at all.
