My names is Kenneth Smith. I was in a deer strike in may of 2025. My insurance company referred me to there partner company crash champions of columbiana. My car was towed there long story short after a month of my car being in the shop I got my car back. As soon as i pull out the parking lot I hear rattling noises. Steering is off. An entitled 300 year old man from my development backed into my truck when it was parked, then tried to leave before the police came and then tried to lie to the police (that's another story). My insurance company suggested this place as an option for both dropping my truck off to get fixed and picking up a rental.
