Excellent experience
My experience with Crash Champions in Jackson, CA was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The biggest issue throughout the entire repair process was the complete lack of communication. My vehicle needed tires and rims, and to be inspected that there was no Damageand it took over four weeks for those repairs to be completed. Price is somewhat higher than others but insurance agent highly recommended. Friend used and was not impressed. Do not believe I would use based on the work I've seen, with how long it took and the amount of excuses given. If my vehicle returned in great condition, it would be worth it but it was not great work.
