Patty was the best person to work with! She was super helpful and genuinely cared. She kept me posted with updates and ultimately my car was not repaired, it was totaled out. I am writing this review because I had mentioned to Patty that the assignment name was "In the Estate of" because my mother passed away, she actually expressed her sorrow for my loss, that meant a lot during this difficult time. It's nice that there are still decent humans out there. Thanks Patty!
The Insurance Co. sent us to Crash Champions for an estimate to repair our car. Even though we plan to have the repairs done at another shop closer to home, the staff at Crash Champions in Jackson were friendly, professional and helpful, and the estimate was provided by the next business day.
