Very friendly staff and management at Pacific Hwy location. Very informative. I was getting updates daily. They even finished my car couple of days early. Definitely recommend this location. Thank you for everything
I will never deal with Patrick at crash champions. Pacific hwy. Belingham He had a attitude talking to I as a female. Very belittling telling if he were me I should take it Les swabb for a break job. We never walked around the car. I lost my lower wind scoop. But Patrick said ma'am thats just a hundred dollar part. After a block of wood or steel flew off a truck and went under my under carriage. I felt he did not believe me and was very rude and intimidating to a girl who knows about cars nuts and bolts.
Referred to Crash Champions by my insurance company after damage on my new 2025 Honda CRV's front end. Patrick, the manager, was a great person to work with. He answered all of my questions and concerns. I was kept current on the car's progress and it was completed in the time they projected. They assisted me with my rental car reservation, and I was able to leave the rental car at their site when picking up my repaired vehicle- which looked like new!
They deserve ten stars. Every interaction was great! Many thanks for helping me.
