I was quoted two weeks for the repair, but the job was completed in half the estimated time. My vehicle looks absolutely superb—like new! The communication from Bryce and the entire staff was spot on, and everyone was incredibly kind. Massive thank you to the team for the speed, quality, and professionalism. Great job on front end repairs on my Jeep Grand Cherokee! More than this, the staff welcomed me with reassurances. Patrick was keeping me up to date on all the work on through to when I could pick up my Jeep. And he was there to hand over the keys. Great service, terrific staff!
I had a great experience at Crash Champions Collision Repair! I was able to schedule an appointment and get in the same day for my repair estimate with Bryce. He clearly explained the entire process, coordinated everything with my insurance, and ordered the necessary parts. The team did a great job on the repairs and kept me informed throughout the process via text, which I really appreciated. On top of that, the front desk staff were friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend their service!
These guys are amazing! They got my damaged vehicle in quickly and thoroughly explained the process. They got to work and finished wayyy faster than expected. The painter did an awesome job with the satin metallic paint. Looks better than the factory did. They will be my go to body shop in the future. First class, 5 Stars, A+.
