The process was absolutely seamless, they communicated with my insurance and also assisted with getting my rental car. I got a text message at the beginning of each week with all the updates and what stage they were at with my car. Couldn’t be more happy.
Car damage is never a welcome event, but Crash Champions in Wesley Chapel made the experience much easier. What really made the difference was the knowledgeable, professional, and caring staff. Katie was especially helpful throughout the process. She kept us informed, made us feel welcome, and helped everything go smoothly from start to finish. When the car was returned, it was spotless and looked like new. We truly appreciated the excellent communication and service and would definitely recommend Crash Champions.

I had my vehicle repaired by Crash Champions after being rear ended. The service was quick and I got my car back within a week of dropping it off. You couldn’t tell my car was involved in an accident. Katie was very kind and helpful throughout and made me feel a lot better about where I was getting my car fixed. All the staff was very friendly anytime I was at the shop. This place is exceptional in customer service!
