Great customer service and welcoming staff. Attentive to situation.
Had a repair with them in December and they kept pushing back the delivery date, slightly annoying but understandable. My issue is that 3 months later I get an email out of the blue saying I owe almost $4,000 with NO explanation and then say it will go to collections if fail to pay after their 1 attempt to collect. When I asked for clarification and documentation a man named Brandon Otto (director of operations) threatened me with a lien and repossession. I called this place to have some BODY WORK done to my vehicle. After getting the run around, they basically don’t want to do body work unless they can up charge you for parts and labor for services you don’t need them to do. These people insult the intelligence of a normal human being!
Everything went well from beginning to end. The ladies in the office were very kind & helpful. They arranged for a rental, and started working on my vehicle within 24 hours. I really appreciated the regular status updates via text, so that I never had to chase down information. I recommend this shop because everything runs smoothly and they are thorough throughout the entire process. As for the quality of the work done on my vehicle, 10/10
