Someone had side-swiped our car as it was parked. Damage was light but extended from LR quarter panel to driver side door. We opted for Crash Champions on Candelaria/Juan Tabo based on several 5 star reviews. They had our vehicle for 2 weeks and always kept us in the loop as to where they were in the repair process. Very professional, they took time to go over the repair with us.
I took my 2022 F250 in Oct of 2023 when someone had hit my truck in a parking lot. Christian and his team of professionals took great care of my truck. The staff there is great to work with and always friendly. I couldn’t even tell there was any damage by the time they were done. Thanks Crash Champions!
They only do cosmetic damage, which is completely fair to them as a business. However, they cost me another 770 dollars because they did the repair, there was engine damage, and the next repairer couldn't determine if it was crash-related because there was no other damage to look at. One of the inspectors (never dealt with the other) also has an attitude, which would be fine if he did his job. It's not his job to be nice, necessarily.
