I had repairs and paint performed here and after numerous return visits and months of waiting just to complete the paint, I’m finally done. I recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else unless you like the runaround.
What an amazing experience! My car was side swiped in a parking lot. As I looked through other auto body repair shops, I found Crash Champions. From the moment I walked in they provided excellent customer service, they were informative, and most of all kind and professional. They are not just an auto body repair shop, the are amazing people. I will refer my friends and family. Thank you so much for all your help! You guys are amazing!
Fixed the repairs after my accident, but once I went to pick up my vehicle all of the sensor lights were on. When I dropped off my vehicle to them, there were no lights on no sensor warnings everything was fine & while in their care this happened. When addressing the issue they told me it was just a coincidence. Dropped off the car fine besides the repair issues to the front of the vehicle & now my vehicle has other issues that weren’t present before hand & they’re refusing to fix it.
I decided to try crash champions because they are part of usaa body shops. BIG MISTAKE , the estimator wasn’t able to provide an intelligent estimate to my insurance company. The estimate was late the photos weren’t sent over and worst of all she lied to them stating she warned me about other damage not being covered ?? Statement was false of course she barely said a word and then told the insurance company that my damage was from different impacts ! Again false ! Places extremely unprofessional, they lied to my Insurance company my insurance company therefore denied the claim they made false statements to my insurance company as well. I do not appreciate being lied to and I sure don’t appreciate wasting my time! Don’t go there .. over crowded and disorganized.
