Fixed the repairs after my accident, but once I went to pick up my vehicle all of the sensor lights were on. When I dropped off my vehicle to them, there were no lights on no sensor warnings everything was fine & while in their care this happened. When addressing the issue they told me it was just a coincidence. Dropped off the car fine besides the repair issues to the front of the vehicle & now my vehicle has other issues that weren’t present before hand & they’re refusing to fix it.
I decided to try crash champions because they are part of usaa body shops. BIG MISTAKE , the estimator wasn’t able to provide an intelligent estimate to my insurance company. The estimate was late the photos weren’t sent over and worst of all she lied to them stating she warned me about other damage not being covered ?? Statement was false of course she barely said a word and then told the insurance company that my damage was from different impacts ! Again false ! Places extremely unprofessional, they lied to my Insurance company my insurance company therefore denied the claim they made false statements to my insurance company as well. I do not appreciate being lied to and I sure don’t appreciate wasting my time! Don’t go there .. over crowded and disorganized.
Someone had side-swiped our car as it was parked. Damage was light but extended from LR quarter panel to driver side door. We opted for Crash Champions on Candelaria/Juan Tabo based on several 5 star reviews. They had our vehicle for 2 weeks and always kept us in the loop as to where they were in the repair process.
