This is the 2nd time I've taken a car to Crash Champions. The first time was fine- this time was a disaster. I would never take a car to them again. I've made my concerns known to the General Mgr Paul. Repair took 5 1/2 weeks. The first 4 weeks I received numerous text updates-many contradicting each other. I brought my car in over a year ago. There is a part missing from the rear, I was told that I had to take the car even though this part was put on due to it being on back order. OVER A YEAR!!!, Every time I call they act like it is no big deal that my car is without this part again OVER A YEAR!!! Their response is "We don't control the vender" I will be getting my lawyer to contact this establishment!! DO NOT use this establishment. It's ridiculous!!!!!!!
I had never heard of Crash Champion. It was close to home and took the insurance I was working with. When I got there, my appointment had not been recorded in their system and they honored the appointment anyway. They handled all of the insurance, communicated via text on the progress, had my car finished early, and did a great job! Enterprise on Smoky Park also picks up from there and you just drop off the rental there and drive off with your car. They handle the return of the rental. I unfortunately had two non-fault incidents in less than a year. I chose to go to them the second time because my first experience was so great, and I felt like I could really trust them. Even when dropping off my car, Amanda held me in her arms as I cried. Roscoe is just a gem, and makes sure you understand everything. They explained everything step by step and are so kind and thorough. They made no bones about timeline and kept me informed as progress was made.
