I unfortunately had two non-fault incidents in less than a year. I chose to go to them the second time because my first experience was so great, and I felt like I could really trust them. I would rather have taken my car to a preschool. And let them work on it than these people. They did nothing as far as keeping me informed about what was going on with my car. And then when I get my car back a month later, I find out that they had put it on a flatbed to Charlotte, from Asheville, North Carolina. Did not drive it to diagnose anything that was wrong. Simply, I was pleasantly Surprised at how well my car drove and looked after my car was serviced at Crash Chapions. Repairs where also done in a timely manner.
Very pleased with pricing and quality of repairs. The vehicle looks better than before it was damaged.
