After reading roughly 50 reviews, I'm surprised State Farm would continue to recommend Crash Champions to their customers. Unfortunately, they are still recommending customers go to Crash Champions and I was one of the most recent cases. The level of incompetence and lack of communication on the part of Crash Champions employees was unacceptable.
