We had a great experience with repairs on our 2015 Nissan Rogue. Cliff and Crash Champions were direct with us about the needed repairs after a front end collision, navigated the process of negotiating repairs with our insurance company, and repaired the car expertly and beautifully.
We used them in the past but this time fell very short of our expectations. Follow up was poor with us chasing the service contact for his promised calls or emails. Had to bring the truck back after it was put together wrong. Got the truck back with a bed cover on order. Had to chase them after the part arrival date for follow up. Even now waiting for the manager to call back as they installed the wrong bed cover despite billing the insurance for the correct bed cover. Will update if we hear from them.
