I recently had my vehicle taken in due to being rear-ended. From the start, Sarah at the front desk made sure to get the check from the insurance taken care of and to let Zach know that I was ready for a walkaround to discuss the damages, the possibilities of hidden damages, and an estimated time frame of completion. Went in for an estimate. Called after a week because I hadn’t received it, and it’s now been a month and I’ve still not heard from them.
BEWARE! They are under new management and it's really Crash Champions with the same Weaver's logo outside. You can definitely tell the difference. I was a huge fan of Weaver's and never felt taken advantage of at any point. My dad works on cars and he even trusted this place. Things ain't what they used to be and although it's the same number, website, and logo they are attempting not to honor my Weaver's warranty.
