Called over a dozen auto shops/mechanics in New Lenox and no one wanted to install my front license plate bracket for me. Could’ve done it myself, I guess, but I’d rather have someone who works on cars all day drill holes in my bumper, not me. Called Crash Champions this morning and spoke to some very nice ladies who said they’d help me out. Drove from another city, I had a 4:00 pm appointment to get an estimate for hail damages, arrived few mins early, it took the adjustor 12 mins to start, and didnt even bother to move the car to reasonable spot to inspect not alone under the garage light.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I needed a full mirror replacement and was quoted half of what the dealership was quoting. The part was ordered and delivered within a couple days. I went in to drop my car and was told it would likely take 2 or so hours, but it only ended up taking about 40 minutes. Super speedy and very kind people!!
