Excellent service...staff makes you feel like it's all going to be okay...work was quality and car was ready on schedule
They fixed my Civic. they did a hack job on the on my car The door color did not match they told me to bring it back hoping they got my back obiously this Manager John has no work ethic and certainly dont care about your satisfaction i have to pay extra To correct their own mistake. they should have include that job in the beginning of an estimate making excuses not to correct their error…. I will never recommend this place and not going back. I will escalate my experience in socila media.
I believe that Crash Champions in Elgin are by far the best collision repair shop I have ever taken my vehicles to. Unfortunately, I didn't find them until after my kids grew up, that would have been a big help in those days, but I have had to use them a few times for myself. The customer service is the best; they listen to you beyond what they have to to put you at ease. The estimates are precise and I honestly believe to be beyond fair.
