My son's car was towed to Lee's after a traffic accident. I was trying to manage the repairs from Boston. All of the guys, Wayne, Scott, Thomas were great to deal with. They did what they said they would, when they said they would, for the price that they said that they would. I cannot recommend their care and service highly enough.
Best body shop experience I have ever had! Our insurance company recommended another shop that told us they could not get my car in until sometime in January. I called Karas and they told me they could start the following Monday. I was kept up-to-date on the status of the repairs and they finished a day earlier than projected. I would definately take my vehicle to them! Their work is flawless. The unfortunate part of my visit was dealing with the Geico adjuster. Large Marge in charge has the personality of a rattlesnake. Very belittling in her verbage and tone. Unfortunately she wasn'the around when I picked up my car. I did put a Little Debbie snack cake on her desk. Hopefully, the sugar will help. Been around a long time. Honest and reliable. Does good work and knows what there doing. My family had had a few cars done here with no problems.
I was referred here by Geico to have my rear bumper replaced after a small accident. I showed up about 20 minutes before my appointment time but they had no problem getting me in early. The receptionist at the front desk was very helpful and had a great attitude. The process of getting the estimate, leaving my car and getting into a rental took no more than about 15 minutes. Previously had my 2011 Kia Forte fixed at Graham's auto body shop. My vehicle was only 3 months old at the time and they stated on the estimate that they would have all OEM parts on, and even charged the insurance company for OEM parts. Well, i was very displeased and took my car to Rick Hendrick Collision in Chesapeake, where they completely redid my entire Geico claim, no questions asked, no problem at all. Very poor workmanship and they do not honor their warranty - anything to get out of fixing what they did wrong
Horrible work and they will not honor their warranty. I would never take a car or vehicle their ever again. Stay away from this place
excellent work I had my 2012 Town and Country fixed there,and it couldn't look better. The paint was a perfect match. Would recommend this shop to anyone that want's a great looking car.
