I took my car to Crash Champions for a quote after my insurance had issued me a check for the repair. I told them how much the insurance had given me for the repair and it is upon that amount that I'm doing the repair. They asked me to send them a copy of the estimate. HORRIBLE. BEWARE! I took my car to this auto body shop to fix a rear bumper scratch. It cost me $790 to get it repaired. In the process of this repair they failed to put the rear taillight water sealing washers back on the vehicle. As a result they washed the car before returning it and shorted out both the rear taillight and an electronic board under the taillight where the water drained into. They don’t deliver the results on a consistent basis. Don’t get wrapped up with their Enterprise rental scam.
They added cost due to damage underneath, they never return customers phone calls when they said they would. They never recalibrated system when they said they did. Would not recommend unless a simple fix!
Awesome job on my truck...friendly staff and stayed in touch. Can't tell it was in a wreck. Recommended!
HIGHLY recommend Lee's Car Care. They did an incredible job on my Honda Pilot after a semi pulled into my lane and did serious damage to my passenger side. Their prices are very reasonable and everyone at their office was friendly, helpful, and professional! My Pilot looks brand new :)
I don't even want to give these guys a 1 star rating but it was the lowest I could offer. They towed my daughter's car from the scene of an accident and then demanded a CASH payment from us to sign over the title of her totaled car...then 6 months later we received a letter from pendot that the car was found abandoned in the city of Bethlehem! I don't know what kind of business they are actually running, because the car was supposed to be scrapped immediately after signing the title over...so you tell me how was the car foun... read more
