My experience at this repair shop was honestly pretty mediocre. Apart from them not letting me know that it wasn’t going to be ready on the day that was expected, which I understand but not even a call or message? I had to call myself just to be put on hold for over 30 min but that’s honestly the least of it. When I got my car back I noticed the side skirt was a slight different shade of white than the doors they repainted so I called and the lady who answered stated that the piece they replaced already comes painted. Great service and the manager (Jesse) is very personable and great.
Excellent service provided at this Crash Champions location. The entire team kept the process simple and easy as I needed repairs after an accident, and they absolutely delivered. My cars looks brand new! In the future, if the need arises, I would definitely make a return to Mario's team here.
