AVOID AVOID AVOID!! This shop will hand you a lifetime warranty certificate and refuse to honor it. My entire front left steering and suspension was replaced by crash champions in 2021. After only 40,000 miles the ball joint failed on the road causing my front left tire to shift horizontally. A ball joint should last 80k to 120k miles. This could have been a terrible incident had I been on the highway with my child going 50mph instead of 5mph on a residential road. New review 8/12/25 Jess was awesome. I took my Toyota rav 4 with The back door struts, not working correctly. I was able to get a quote. They took care of me, answered all my questions. Excellent service and quality of repairs at the Berwyn store. I have taken both my vehicles here after heavy damage. Great attention to detail and the repairs were excellent. Also, you can't beat a lifetime warranty on the repairs. I have recommended this location to family and friends, and I am recommending it to anyone in doubt about using this location, don't hesitate just make the appointment.
