Very impressed with my service (including the handling of insurance claim/adjuster) by my POC Alexis who did a great job of setting my expectations and then delivering on timeframe, communication throughout, and completion. Anne was also very informative and on top of anything/everything at the front desk. Would come right back if god forbid I sustain any damage in the future.
Horrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. My boyfriend drove from Berwyn to Countryside Crash Champions today at 1:00p for an appointment to have car damages assessed. The front desk receptionist (woman) told him they couldn't take a picture or do any damage assessment because it was raining and the rain may alter the photos. That is the most ridiculous and lazy excuse I've heard. Chris left and went to a competitor for service. Crash Champions in Countryside has such lazy employees and lost our business. D... read more
