The collision specialist was trying to convince me to drop my car off in the morning so it will be in their system for that day. Otherwise insurance will not pay for my rental. This is a problem as I have work. Upon talking to my insurance agent it was evident this place was trying to squeeze me into their schedule despite causing hardship for me. Agent also stated I can drop off whenever. So, I decided to take my business somewhere else. Since this place is really small doesn't mean they practice unethical procedure. Sad!
It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Crash Champions Countryside location. They are professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Not only did they do a flawless job on my car, but they also cleaned it both outside and inside -- almost a detailing! Wow! I was very impressed. And very please with the service I received from them from start to finish.
Terrible quality repair. Painted the trunk a different color. And cleared codes without repair.
