Brought my car here after my insurance recommended this place to replace my sunroof. Very quick to get my sunroof replaced, but noticed scratches on my passenger door. When I called about the scratches the manager asked me to bring my car in. When it was brought in the manager told me that from the pictures my scratches were not there before it was dropped off and he would get back to me on the way forward. This place is the worst. They have had my car for over a month for a broken headlight and hood damage. Do not take your car here. Courtney at front desk, is rude!
When I got rear ended, you guys fought tooth and nail with the insurance for me and that really speaks volumes. I was getting bullied by Trexis Insurance and you guys set the record straight. Thank you
Would not recommend. Communication and follow up is poor. They had my vehicle for over two months, and I am still trying to get issue resolved. There was extension damage to my car. I will always worry if it was fixed properly because the little things that they couldn’t seem to fix makes me wonder if they could fix the big things.. and the worst thing of all is you can never talk to anyone in management. They’re always out of the building or doing something else or on the phone so once again I would not recommend this place... read more
