I had a disappointing experience with the front receptionist, Courtney. Every time I called the shop to get an update or to be transferred to Grace, Courtney was extremely rude and unprofessional. I’m not confident that she even passed my messages along, as I never received a call back from Grace unless I followed up multiple times myself. Not sure what the other reviews are about, but our experience so far has been horrendous. Communication has been almost nonexistent. They initially canceled our reservation with Allstate over a single missed phone call. They’re blaming what seems to be a clear transmission issue on the rear parking sensors, which makes no sense. They haven't sent the vehicle to a mechanic or offered to — but based on what we're seeing, it definitely needs a mechanic’s evaluation. Instead, they’re wasting our time. Arsen absolutely came in the clutch for my wife & I. I was in a fender bender on Monday & scheduled to go on vacation on Saturday morning. We only have 1 car! Arsen got me in & out & went above & beyond explaining all the details of my car! Thank you Arsen & Crash Champions for saving my families vacation!
The only thing that I did not care for was the fact that I had to call the shop to find out what needed to be repaired after inspection. I am not sure if this was because it was an insurance claim. Everything else was pretty good. I would recommend this shop to others.
