Would not recommend. Communication and follow up is poor. They had my vehicle for over two months, and I am still trying to get issue resolved. There was extension damage to my car. I will always worry if it was fixed properly because the little things that they couldn’t seem to fix makes me wonder if they could fix the big things.. and the worst thing of all is you can never talk to anyone in management. They’re always out of the building or doing something else or on the phone so once again I would not recommend this place... read more

So I had an accident and I brought my car over to crash champions that was recommended by my insurance company. From the first time I had an inspection they downplayed my concerns about the things I was hearing on going with the car. so they got auto repairs done everything was fine went over their inspection of the car after it was done they said they test drove it to make sure everything was fine that was the biggest lie they could have told me. Our family had a rough period at the beginning of 2025 and my 2020 F150 had to have body work done and glass replaced as a result of a break-in, and my son's 2017 Escape had to have body work and front-end steering assemble work done due to a no fault accident. Crash Champions Lewis Center did a very good job on both vehicles. The only reason that I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is that there was a 10 day delay on my son's Escape, but it wasn't too much of an inconvenience.
