I've had two vehicles repaired at this shop and there have been issues both times. They lied to me about completing my repair with used, salvaged parts they were clearly in rough shape and they claimed everything was new. They also painted right over adjacent paint chips/dents that may or may have not been related to the object that hit my car. Like many of the bad reviews my grievance is centered around the terrible customer service. I was initially told I could get the estimate and drop off for repairs done on the same day (not true). Another receptionist called back and said I would need to get an estimate and then they would send it over to the insurance for approval and once approved and parts were ordered I could then drop off for repairs. It’s been a frustrating experience here from the start. First, I was scheduled for what I was told would be a drop off for repairs after I got into an accident. I showed up to find out it was just an estimate and I’d have to wait another week for an appointment to drop off. I was a little inconvenienced by this, but fine. I arrived at 8am promptly for my appointment and the door was locked. I saw staff sitting inside blatantly ignoring me. I had to wait 5 minutes to even be let in. I came in for an estimate on a dent that didn't go into the paint. I met with John who explained their super thorough process of sanding off the paint, pulling the dents out and repainting it so it blends into your existing paint. It was expensive and a great option for using insurance. Since my damage was minimal, John explained a paintless dent repair could get the job done for a lot less.
