Great job, great customer service. Maya at the front desk is amazing and very understanding.
I had some minor repair work done here earlier in the year. Everything was fantastic from start to finish. I don't write very many reviews, but Crash Champions did such a good job, I thought I should - mostly, because everyone here just seems know know their shit from top to bottom. Everyone was super organized, communicative, and friendly. Incredibly disappointing and zero respect for a customer's time. Never going back. I stopped by to get a quick estimate for a tiny, quarter-sized dent on my car door. It was a visual inspection that would have taken literally two minutes. They completely refused to look at it on the spot. While that was frustrating, I agreed to play by their rules and scheduled an official estimate appointment for the very next day.
