The team at crash champions is amazing. I have used them for 2 different repairs now and the second time I had the vehicle brought there 45 minutes away past several other body shops because I know how amazing they are. Everyone inside is super friendly, very knowledgeable and communicates almost every day with where your car is at in the process and what they are doing. Both times my car looked like it had never been in an accident to begin with
Thankfully the bodywork turned out well on my car, unfortunately the unethical business practices that took place when I dropped off my vehicle overshadowed any positive aspects of my experience. I was presented two blank forms to sign at vehicle drop-off, one detailing my financial liability for the repairs, and one documenting the current state of the vehicle.
