My vehicle was left a mess, soaked with water (INSIDE) along with fine white powdery dust I had to pay another shop to clean the entire vehicle and it took me a week to get rid of the white dust. My vehicle itself was never even cleaned at all as promised. The Black Paint is not a match and several serious new scratches happened in their care, they did touch them up by hand when I returned a third time. Can’t express enough how horrible this place is. I got into an accident on March 24 and wasn’t able to pick up my car until over two months later. While I understand waiting for parts and the work itself takes time, what I have a hard time accepting is the lack of communication their team had with me on updates of any kind.
