I went to Crash Champions because they’d done a repair for me in the past. Jason, the manager, came out, asked me a few questions, and I explained the issue I was having. He walked out to the car, took a look, and fixed the minor issue in under 20 minutes. He didn’t charge me, even though I offered to pay. I know the value isn’t just in the time it takes to fix a problem —it’s in the experience and knowledge that took years to gain to be able to fix a problem in 20 minutes.
