Someone ran into me and they got my car looking good as new. They gave us progress reports which I loved, and they got done a week earlier than what was previously stated. Customer service was also great. Would definitely recommend.
I have used this location in the past for major repair work. Took my car to drop it off today for repair and they informed me they do not use allstate insurance at the pleasant valley location, even though the appointment was made a week ago. After standing there for 20 minutes before the clerk told me she was trying to make an appointment at the gladstone location.
