DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS BODY SHOP. Even if you have geico, take it somewhere else. Dropped truck off 4/22 for damage to the passenger side front door. They advised they would have to repair door, replace mirror, and blend in the paint with the rear door and front fender. Estimates 3-4 days with completion by 4/27. I would Not recommend anyone to take their vehicle here it was absolutely terrible. My car has scratches and scrapes al over it that wasn’t there when I dropped my car off. It has missing paint and paint overspray. On top of all of that they stole out of my car. Very disappointed never again!
This place was terrible and i would not recommend to anybody!! They had my car since Wednesday the 24th and it was a simple fix. And i just got it back today April 6. They tried to call me a couple days ago and give me the car back when they never fixed a thing. They had terrible communication and terrible people skills. This place is not a place you want to take your car if you want it done quickly and the right way.
Horrible service and I picked up my brand new, 3 week old car olny to find a check engine light on, the air is no longer working, and not one person can explain why. I give them a brand new car with a few scratches and this is what I get back in return. Customer service is horrible. do not take your vehicle there.
Signature has always been good to me until now. My aunt is having work done to her car as we're speaking, I had made a phone call to Signature Collision in Waldorf MD and ask to speak with the manager I was place on hold for a few minutes. When he came to the phone he was very rude!! Then went to place of business and all u see is Spanish people and a Black Lady sitting at the desk. A great place to have body work done to your damaged vehicle. The whole shop from the associates to management went above and beyond to assist me with my issue. Big shout out to my rep Paul he was the best! He made sure my issue was resolved as quickly as possible! I will And have recommended SCC!
