The body work done on our vehicle was excellent and finished earlier than anticipated. That said, what distinguishes this business is the outstanding customer service we received. They went above and beyond our expectations. I would use them again without hesitation!
I filed a claim through my insurance and noticed that the suggested body shops included several Crash Champions locations but not the one in Platte City. After reading reviews I decided to take a little trip to Platte City and boy am I glad I did! They lived up to every good review I read! The customer service was amazing from Henry at the desk to Lance, who explained my estimate and coordinated with my insurance company.
