Awkward to say the least. Doctor has no tact
Do not recommend...they will take your cash but will not even look at you or speak to you about refill or follow up questions. They will ignore you unless you fork up another hundred bucks. Go to the ER instead. Any ER will treat you even if you have no insurance.
