DO NOT USE CRANSTON FUNERAL HOME in SEAFORD DELAWARE FOR ANY OF YOUR FUNERAL NEEDS. I have spent a week dealing with the following problem. I ordered a potted plant for my Uncle's funeral on their website @ $82.93, to be sure it was directly delivered, since it is guaranteed (per their website....www.CranstonFuneralHome). Long story short....I had to end up calling my grieving Aunt to find out if she got the plant, since my family who attended the services did not see the plant. When asking Mrs. Cranston a question about my lost love one, she said to me, "You people need to get a grip!" Regardless of how often I had called (three times in three days), that is NOT what someone should hear when dealing with a funeral home employee. We will NEVER use this company again and we will tell all of our friends not to either.
