Fantastic staff, I am so happy to have found this clinic. They listen to you and develop a plan to address your medical needs.
Absolute super experience! My time at Cranston was filled with ease, everything was seamless from getting an appointment to seeing a Dr during which I felt very heard and fully understood. All my concerns were addressed and I was always met with with kindness from management to my clinical needs. Totally very well managed and I feel at ease if I have to go again!
Appointments here are pointless—the word doesn’t seem to carry any meaning at this clinic anymore. Back when Dr. Kay was running things, it was well organized, but that’s no longer the case. As for walk-ins, it’s even worse. I was told only two people were ahead of me, yet I ended up waiting three hours before being called. It’s unclear how they determine the timing for each patient, but the system feels completely broken.
The worst clinic in my life. Everytime I come the wating is huge even by appointment. I came just to take requisition and the doctor was on the phone,because of that I was late for my screening which I was waiting for 6 months!!!!
The care you receive from the front desk, to the professionalism the back is immeasurable I followed Dr Kay from Oakridge to this clinic. He has always made me feel seen, and listened to. I was so sad to hear of his passing. Ill miss him. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my family.
