Exceptional service from the moment I walked through the door! It had been a few decades and the time had finally come to replace a vintage filling becoming increasingly sensitive. On Monday June 8th my mother went in for her cleaning. Doctor baker walked into the room grabbed my mom's bag and tossed it at her and told her to pick up her phone or mute it. I understand that my mom's phone must've been annoying but she's also a 60yr old lady who was startled by what dr baker did. He was extremely rude and it wasn't the first time. Only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because how nice the receptionists are. Our family's been going there for over 12 years and we won't be going back anymore.
Staff are phenomenal! I've been coming here since moving to Calgary 16 years ago and Dr. Baker is the best dentist I've ever been to, and his newest associate Dr. Lee is a great addition to an already stellar team. Highly recommend.
Chanelle and Charlotte are the hygienists here and they took care of our family on a last minute, get it in before benefits resets kind of appointment. They were extremely thorough, kind, and amazing with the kids. Highly recommend!
