Cransten is awesome - they’re my new handymen! They have knowledgeable staff beginning at the office for scheduling. Got me scheduled, and stayed in constant contact with me from the beginning. The technicians are awesome! I stayed with them all day and they explained everything that they were doing. I am a more knowledgeable homeowner now. And I know the project was done right! I will be calling Cransten for all my home needs now. Thank you again! I am so happy.

Updated to 4 Stars as the Salesman did reach out and corrected 1 of the ceiling fans noted below. The actual work was great and handyman that came out super friendly. I would love to be able to give them a better review…the handyman that came and did the work I would have given a great review, but - long story short they charged me for 2 ceiling fans being installed and I didn’t get any ceiling fans installed. The salesperson “sold”/ bundled some services and I never bought fans and cancelled the installation but apparently ... read more
