We loved Rob!! He communicated thoroughly the day before to make sure he was totally prepared and arrived exactly on time. Our back door frame was rotted out from a previous poor install, and he went above and beyond to ensure it would stand the test of time this time around. Perfect craftsmanship, fair pricing, and all around good dude. We will only be using cransten for any additional renovation projects in the future.
The Cransten team came in clutch on some repairs that some other outfit failed to accomplish by the deadline they agreed to prior to closing on the sale of my townhome in North Charleston. Lucky for us, Cransten took the ball, agreed to a deadline and then rescheduled only a few hours later letting me know they would be able to accomplish the work needing done the day of the request for service. I hired Cransten Handyman and Remodeling to recover my Pergola covering my back patio. The schedulers Griffin and Brian were awesome and the quote was very affordable. I purchased my own materials and the technician Alexei picked them up from Home Depot on the way over. He was very personable and did a great job installing the clear plastic panels.
