Alexei gave me a call two days early and indicated he could come out and perform the back door installation today. He arrived very quickly afterwards and performed a fantastic job. He was knowledgeable, extremely efficient and his work was high quality. Alexei made a process I was sure was going to be painful and extensive look like child’s play. Alexei went above and beyond! Steve worked on my mother-in-laws home in Chapel Hill. There were a number of areas throughout the first floor that needed considerable work, including a complete redo of the bathroom sink cabinet do to water damage, ceiling work in the kitchen and living room and considerable exposed foundation on a wall in living room. Steve was very professional from start to finish. He called the day before to confirm the time and scope of work, and texted the day of to let me know his arrival time. He completed the job by fixing a large bed frame and made sure everything was done correctly. I will definitely use them again.
Steve was fantastic. Knowledgeable, efficient and kind. The Cransten tram was great with Communication, and reaching out regarding questions I had about future projects . Highly recommend.
