Robert was super friendly and patient with my children running around and asking questions.
I am very happy to write this review- even though it took a moment to get scheduled, once Lance was assigned to fix a door issue- he was great about setting up the appointment, following up, rearranging his schedule and staying late based on my work availability. He was quick, efficient and got the locks to work properly again. I appreciate his flexibility and professionalism.
Terrible hardware and terrible financing!!! Home owners sell their homes and you can’t sell anything attached to the home… the device won’t work without a subscription and no one will help you!! Such a bad investment!!!!
Bobby was very helpful and patient with our questions about the devices he has installed and he answered the questions we had he was very quick on instalation and useful
Bobby did an amazing job, he was super kind and helpful. He even cleaned after himself when any other security company didn’t. I will seriously recommend this company to all my friends and family and I hope they get the same opportunity as us to be able to have Bobby as their installer !!
