The medical professional (Kelly DeFeo) I saw was shockingly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of listening and providing care, she spoke down to me and made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. Patients deserve compassion, respect, and professionalism, none of which I experienced here. Based on this visit, I would not recommend this facility to anyone seeking quality care. If you value being treated with dignity and having your concerns taken seriously, I strongly suggest going elsewhere.
I contacted Kelly defeo about my pain and she was awesome. She listened to my problems and was able to help me thru back surgery and knee. I extremely grateful to her and cranmore for all that that the are doing for. The staff was responsive and were willing and able to help thru a difficult time. I recommend them to anyone. Thanks Dave
I’ve had a very positive experience from staff at Cranmore , they’re very compassionate, caring and professional. I highly recommend them.
