They walked me through every detail, from bike types to features, making sure I was comfortable with my decision. The recommendation for the Trek Dual Sport 3 Gen 5 was spot on—exactly what I needed. The staff was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely excited for me, which made the whole process even more enjoyable. I couldn’t have asked for better service.
Staff were friendly, helpful, even though the store was very busy. Answered all questions, even when they had to go to find out the answer!
