Purchased a bike for my great niece that is autistic. Cranky’s did everything possible to make sure that “everything” was perfect for her. They even ordered training wheels for a 26” bike!! I missed the pick up date and they called to ask if there was a problem. I went later that day to ask if the bike would fit in my Jeep, but they said it wouldn’t. Salesman Cole was an amazing guy to deal with. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and needed to match me with a sweet ride. His enthusiasm for the sport and to educate on it is contagious. Cole made sure I tried several bikes out to find the one with the right components that we most important to me. The staff that also helped set up my were great. This is my second bike that I’ve purchased from Cranky’s. The staff is well versed and knowledgeable about all things bike related. I always walk away from the shop knowing more then when I walked in. They’re also very friendly and patient, which makes it a very comfortable experience for the customers. I’ll be back for the next upgrade, definitely.
Very quick and easy. Got an estimate the day I brought my bike in, accepted the costs and paid when I got my bike back 3 days later!
