I was having issues with my dump trailer not operating correctly and was told to try Crankshafts for a part. Unfortunately, they did not have ther part, but Ken gave me some advice for free. I ordered the part and put it on when it came in. But I was still having an issue. So I drove to Crankshafts to ask a favour and Ken came right out and pointed out my problem immediately.
