I just bought a Scott Gravel Bike from Cranked Bike Studio. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. They go above and beyond to meet the needs of the customer. They stand behind their products. I highly recommend Cranked Bike Studio.
This shop is awesome! After my first visit to this shop when I bought a bike for my daughter, I vowed never to return. I won’t go into details about that because I feel they have more than redeemed themselves. I only visited yesterday because my wife wanted a new bike and they are very difficult to find right now. I wanted a new bike for my birthday and was able to describe what I wanted over the phone. My new Raleigh was ready for pickup the same day. Steve did a great job of accommodating me, even in this time of social distancing! Totally recommend Cranked. We will be back!
