Updated: I had issues at first with the starter and was frustrated about the warranty situation. The housing cap broke off and I initially felt it was a defect. However, despite all of that, I have to say—they're getting better and have been treating me right. They’ve shown a willingness to improve and make things right, and I really appreciate that. It goes a long way when a company steps up and supports their customers. I’m updating this to 5 stars based on how things were handled afterward.
Bought a starter motor for my motorcycle. Paid the extra 52 dollars for next day delivery. Whoever did my order screwed it up and did regular grounds deliver so I won't be getting it till Wednesday, April 30th, and I paid for it on Thursday, April 25th they issued a refund for the 52 but I am absolutely furious on it and the best they're able to do is a refund. Terrible service!
I called Crank and charge lubrication at Mendelssohn ave. N Minneapolis. I was stuck in La Paz Mexico the starter in my Alaska Luger diesel generator. A person by the name of Mike and his supervisor. They went to all lengths to help us out. What a great job this company did helping us. Receive the starter in 3 days. Great people there and thank you for your service you guy's You are five stars for sure
