I booked a two-hour birthday photoshoot with Cranium LLC in December 2025, and the experience did not meet professional expectations. The photographer arrived more than thirty minutes late. The studio was unprepared and had not been cleaned prior to my session. I had high hopes working with Reginald after our initial conversation, which felt straightforward and promising. Unfortunately, the overall experience and final product were underwhelming. The shoot ran longer than expected due to excessive time spent adjusting lighting. While he was initially eager, the care and quality of work seemed to decline once it became clear the project wouldn’t directly benefit him. Reginald is a gentleman and a professional. He’s naturally charismatic, funny, organized, and timely. Each of these attributes contributed to a beautiful session with him. We shot a few interior design projects with Reginald about a month ago (took 3 days because the appropriate equipment/lenses were not being used to capture the spaces, overbooked and left sporadically to go to other meetings) and still have not received any photos of the rooms to date.
