absolutely wonderful experience. if anyone is feeling chronic stress and your body is so stiff can't do up your shoes. Shiatsu and cranialsacral therapy by Jen, in 1 treatment got the tension out and the "chi" blood flow, energy.) flowing and balanced. amazing and highly recommended.
