Overpriced. They sold me a helmet that doesn't fit and doesn't seal(built in googles). I had to replace it same season.
Love this store! Awesome location right on the corner in the center of town, great product selection and awesome customer service. I’ve gotten gloves, helmet, goggles, 2 balaclavas, and headphones for my ski helmet all from craniology this season and they are awesome. Best product selection and most knowledgeable and helpful staff in town! Special shout out to Alex and JJ, thanks for your help!
I had been to three stores for goggles on this trip. None were helpful in finding a pair that worked or better informing me in what to look for in a goggle. I was going to give up and buy a pair online but stopped at Craniologie after dinner. Alex was super helpful in his advice, friendly, and found me the perfect pair. He gave great advice, genuinely seemed to care that I found the right product that I liked, and didn't pressure me into buying anything. This place was great and I'd recommend them to anyone. I would NOT recommend purchasing anything from this store. They are an Oakley registered store and will not allow any returns regardless of Oakleys return policy. Very poor customer service and treated poorly on phone. Be very careful of their return policy. Oakley allows returns within 30 days to the Oakley registered store however, they don’t follow that policy. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!
Jacob R sold me a Smith helmet that i love. He was very kind and professional and walked me through the whole fitting process. Very glad, because I took quite the fall on the hill that next day and smacked my head.
