I stopped at the shop 3 times. First to shop second to buy third for helmet adjustment. The first time the associate spent at least 30 minutes helping me find the right helmet. The third time I came back with helmet questions and JJ helped me. He spent at least 30 minutes educating me and making helmet adjustments to make it more comfortable. All and all I would say this store has fantastic employees. All three were patient,knowledgeable and willing to help. Customer service that's not seen much anymore.
Just bought a pair of ski goggles from Alex at this shop after losing mine yesterday to the slopes. He was so helpful in showing me pairs in my price range and didn’t try to upsell me. I was in and out of the shop in 10 min with a pair of goggles that fit my helmet (bring your helmet!) I’m very happy with my purchase and experience!
JJ WAS RXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ALL SKI HELMETS THE SHOP OFFERS. PLEASANT SERVICE AND GENUINE CONCERN THAT A PROPER FIT WAS ACHIEVED.
The salesperson (JJ? Do not remember his name) spent an hour with me as I tried on at least 20 helmet and google combinations multiple times without complaint, with professionalism, and demonstrating a ton of knowledge. Highly recommend coming in to get a good fit.
JJ was super knowledgable, friendly and helpful with my helmet shopping. From a quick measure and 7 helmets tried on, I was out the door in 15 minutes with the right helmet for me.
