I initially called to get a ballpark price quote on sleep apnea treatment, which I was told I could not be given over the phone. However, I was repeatedly assured that there was no cost for a consultation. Fast forward to checking out after my “no cost” consultation and the bill is now $200. This place has horrible customer service. I had my first appointment on 8/25/22 and they were great and responsive. The dentist was extremely detailed and told me what I should expect going forward. She advised me that Chris at the front desk was going to submit all of the authorizations to my insurance and call me back. After speaking to Chris he advised it would be 1 week and I should hear back. I called on 8/29/22 and 8/30/22 and left messages both days with no returned call. In my opinion, Dr. Coontz is a one of a kind Doc.!! He runs his dentist office at a top notch level & he seems to be a master at his profession..kudos to Kuala for caring about their patient's..!! Not too many around like kuala & ive been around..i dont giv reviews often but they earned this one.
