I had my first Cranio-Sacral session with Kayt recently and I found it to be a very relaxing experience. I was able to connect with my body instantly and felt a deep sense of relaxation and most importantly "letting go" of tensions both in the physical and mental bodies. I am eager to learn more about it's healing effects and I loved Kayt's beautiful energy. If you are wanting to experience craniosacral therapy, I recommend Kayt.

I was at the beach and jumped into the sand and landed on a buried rock and twisted my ankle. The doctor said I had a sprained ankle and minor to soft tissue injury. I've had three sessions with Kayt who is calming with a gentle touch. During my sessions my swelling had lessened and calmed down. Then I noticed that pain subsided substantially. I found Kayt when I was having issues with my hearing following a rugby tournament. I went to the ear doctor on multiple occasions for them to tell me that my ear looked fine. WOW! Kayt has changed my baby and my life!! My baby spent her first month of her life in the NICU and almost didn’t make it. She came out of that experience very colicky and in a lot of pain 24/7. My first Cardiac-CraniSacral session a few months ago went really well and I felt the energy moving in my heart and appreciated my heart symptoms calming down. My Myocarditis flared up again and I went to my doctor and he told me to go home and rest and let him know if it got worse.
