I was at the beach and jumped into the sand and landed on a buried rock and twisted my ankle. The doctor said I had a sprained ankle and minor to soft tissue injury. I've had three sessions with Kayt who is calming with a gentle touch. During my sessions my swelling had lessened and calmed down. Then I noticed that pain subsided substantially. I had my first Cranio-Sacral session with Kayt recently and I found it to be a very relaxing experience. I was able to connect with my body instantly and felt a deep sense of relaxation and most importantly "letting go" of tensions both in the physical and mental bodies. I was listening to a podcast with Mel Gibson and mentioned he did cranial sacral for his concussion and I was thought it might help with my years of suffering with a tight neck and shoulder. Boy did Kayt help!! After only two session my discomfort is mouth much better, she’s amazing.
