I had several craniosacral therapy sessions with Denise and found the treatments relaxing. Based on those positive experiences, I purchased a 4-session package for $200 to use in the future. When I later tried to schedule sessions using the package, I was told that it had expired. This was surprising because no expiration date was disclosed to me at the time of purchase, either verbally or in writing.
