The staff are very friendly and have a great deal of patience with children. The facility is very clean and organized, the result was exactly as desired and perfect. I give it a 1000% recommendation.
My son was referred to this establishment by his pediatrician for ear molding. During the initial assessment, we were told that he was not eligible for treatment because part of his ear cartilage was “missing,” and we were advised to seek a plastic surgery consultation instead. After speaking with a plastic surgeon, we were told the exact opposite that my son did not need surgery and was, in fact, an appropriate candidate for ear molding. Our son completed the Doc Band treatment we started at 4 and half months and 7 weeks later the change was incredible! We noticed the back of his head was flat and went in for the free consultation. The office is truly incredible, starting at the front desk and through all the staffing including their insurance agents. Could not recommend enough! Great experience!
We did the Earwell device on our baby. They are very professional wonderful with our baby. Even though we were referred at his 1 month we think it still significantly reshaped his ear. We are hoping it stays that way.
